EASTMAN IMPEX SRL, manufacturer of metal parts and metal structures, operates in Cluj-Napoca, one of the most important cities in Romania, a strong university and industrial center in the heart of Transylvania.
The company with 100% Romanian private capital and was founded in 1993. It is located 10 minutes from Cluj-Napoca International Airport and near the A3 highway.

EASTMAN IMPEX SRL is a company with 100% Romanian capital, founded in 1993, with a tradition in metal processing domain. Currently the company has 43 employees. We manufacture carbon steel or stainless steel sheet metal parts, tubes, various metal profiles, welded parts and assemblies, metal structures.
At the beginning the offer of products and services was addressed to the Romanian market, the exports of the manufactured products were sporadic, but as the company developed both in terms of the purchase of machinery, the development of technological processes, the increase in the number of employees, the exports increased in volume starting from year 2012. As a result of the quality of the delivered items, we managed to maintain the relationship with our external customers over the years. Currently, the share of exports is more than 90% of the delivered production.
The acquisition of high-performance machinery and attention to detail has allowed us to manufacture high quality products at competitive prices.
We address to companies that want to partially or totally outsource their production of parts, assemblies or metal structures in various fields.

We offer a complete manufacturing cycle of metal parts and assemblies for the benefit of our customers, with the basic processing being carried out in separate workshops respecting the environmental conditions.

1. WELDING
ROBOTIC WELDING

- We offer manual welding in the MIG MAG, TIG, WIG, LASER WELDING processes
- We weld carbon steel and stainless steel parts.

2. CNC SHEET METAL CUTTING
- Laser, plasma, guillotine cutting
- For cutting and making metal sheet parts, the company has a laser, a plasma cutting machine and a guillotine

3. CNC CUTTING OF TUBES AND PROFILES
Laser CNC
- – cutting and processing tubes with a maximum diameter of up to 150 mm
- - cutting profiles with square, rectangular, angular sections
Mechanical Saws
- - cutting with high cutting speed, high quality and very good cutting precision.
4. MECHANICAL PROCESSING
Mechanical Processing
- – on conventional machine tools, lathe, universal milling machine, drilling machines.
5. SHEET METAL BENDING AND ROLLING
- Angular bending on the Abkant type machine.
- Sheet metal rolling.
6. TUBE BENDING
- Bending machines for round or rectangular thin-walled tubes by rolling for diameters up to 150 mm and radii up to 15D
- We also make different tube ends (end forming tubes)
- Bending is done on roller bending machines or mandrel machines.
7. FINISHING PROCESSES
- We perform polishing and grinding operations to improve the quality of the products.
8. SANDBLASTING
- Automatic CNC sandblasting with metal blades, in the sandblasting cabin, with possibilities to control the intensity of the sandblasting: H= 500 mm, width = 1500 mm, roller conveyor.
9. POWDER COATING PLANT
- Powder coating plant with manual painting unit, polymerization oven L= 4000 mm, l= 1500 mm, H= 2000 mm.
- The system is mounted on a closed conveyor type circuit.
- Each product is properly packaged and protected for shipping.
10. TRANSPORTATION
- The ordered products can be picked up from the company headquarters or we can ensure the transport through our partners.
12. HOT-DIP GALVANIZING AND ELECTRO GALVANIZING
- We can offer hot-dip galvanized products and electro galvanized parts in collaboration with our partners.
